Effective February 2, 2026
These SMS terms describe Compassly messaging used for operational, support, and (where separately consented) informational texts. Program numbers and exact cadence will be confirmed when carrier campaigns are finalized.
The Compassly messaging program
Compassly, LLC may send text messages related to product access, security alerts, appointment or shift operations your organization enables, demo follow-up you requested, or support tickets you opened (the “Program”).
Until a dedicated campaign short code or toll-free number is published here, messages may come from application-originated numbers used by Compassly or a messaging provider acting for us. We will update this page when production numbers are assigned.
Consent
You will not receive marketing texts from Compassly unless you give prior express written consent where the law requires it. Providing a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Compassly.
Customer organizations that text patients, families, or workforce members through Compassly are responsible for capturing and honoring their own consents. Compassly does not manufacture consent for a customer’s downstream messaging.
Message types and frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive authentication or security notices, service updates, reminders your organization configures, or replies to conversations you start.
We do not promise a fixed number of messages per week because operational alerts depend on your settings and events in the product.
How to opt out and get help
Reply STOP to end Program messages from that number. You may also email support@compassly.io with the mobile number to opt out. After STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation.
Reply HELP or email support@compassly.io for assistance. Support aims to respond within one business day. Texting STOP to a customer-owned campaign may opt you out of that customer’s program only.
Cost and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
Keep your number accurate and tell us if you change or port it. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and message logs are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your opt-in to unaffiliated parties for their independent marketing. Service providers who deliver SMS act on our instructions.
Do not send PHI in SMS unless your organization has enabled a workflow that is appropriate for that channel. SMS is not a substitute for emergency services—call 911 in the U.S. for emergencies.
Changes
We may modify the Program or these SMS Terms. Continued participation after we post an updated effective date constitutes acceptance. If we add a new marketing campaign, we will obtain any additional consent the law requires.
